Job Description:

As a bilingual paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring that our Spanish-speaking clients receive the care and attention they deserve. You will assist with case preparation, client communication, and administrative duties to help us achieve the best outcomes for our clients. The compensation includes an industry-standard salary along with a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews and maintain ongoing communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Draft, proofread, and translate legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other evidence pertinent to cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including affidavits, discovery, and trial materials.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and depositions.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and other case-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work empathetically with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Filevine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary:
