Job Description:

As a bilingual Attorney, you will ensure that our Spanish-speaking clients receive the care and attention they deserve. You will perform case preparation, client communication, negotiation, and settlements on all types of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews and maintain ongoing communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Draft, proofread, and translate legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other evidence pertinent to cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including affidavits, discovery, and trial materials.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and depositions.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and other case-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work empathetically with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Filevine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
