Dan is fluent in Spanish, and his profound connection to the Hispanic community forms an integral part of his heritage and identity. This bond with his Hispanic roots deeply influences his cultural perspective and his passion to help the Hispanic community through his work as a personal injury attorney.
Dan graduated from Brigham Young University in 2011 with a degree in Political Science and Business Management. He then worked at an international wholesale business before decided to go to law school. Dan completed his Juris Doctorate at the J. Reuben Clark, School of Law in 2017. Following his graduation from law school, Dan worked for two of Utah’s largest personal injury law firms, Robert J. DeBry and Associates and Craig Swapp and Associates, where he litigated and worked thousands of personal injury cases through the years.
Dan handles every aspect of an injury case from pre-litigation to litigation. Dan conducts small claims trials, arbitrations, mediations, and jury trials. He is committed to aggressively pursuing a just resolution whether it be in or out of court. Dan’s zealous advocacy has resulted in millions of dollars annually in recovery for his clients in multiple states. Dan’s licensed to practice law in the states of Utah and Idaho and is a member of those state bars. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, Utah Association of Justice (UAJ), and sits on UAJ’s Legislative Affairs Committee.
Dan’s personal interests include traveling, hiking, reading, swimming, weightlifting, and enjoying time with his family.
